Keep track of what you take, and what comes next.
Health is Moodwell's most sensitive layer, so it's built with the most restraint: one cabinet for everything you take, schedules and supply, GLP-1 and peptide tracking, and a safety check that's explicit about what its sources don't cover.

Health tracking is scattered across reminders, notes, and memory
People managing medications, supplements, and protocols like GLP-1 injections usually juggle a pill reminder, a notes app, and a spreadsheet for supply, with no single place that shows the full cabinet, the schedule, and what actually happened.
It's also where an app can do the most harm by overreaching. Health needed to be genuinely useful without ever sounding like a clinician.
The Health layer, feature by feature.
One cabinet
Medications and supplements on one shelf, with strength, schedule, and adherence for each item.
Schedules and dose history
Upcoming doses, a log of what was taken or skipped, and adherence over time.
Supply tracking
Keep count of what's on hand so refills aren't a surprise.
GLP-1 history
Log injections with dates, doses, and sites, then review symptoms and weight alongside your history. Import eligible past records from a Shotsy export.
Peptide tracking
Vial details, schedules, and cycle dates with your dose logs, plus calculators that use the values you enter.
Documented safety coverage
The whole cabinet checked together against listed sources, with citations, plus an explicit list of what those sources don't cover.
The calls that shaped it.
- 01
Medication stays out of the correlation engine
Moodwell compares layers to surface patterns, but medication and supplement records are deliberately excluded. For medications, a misleading pattern is worse than none.
- 02
No data is not an all-clear
When the listed sources hold no interaction records for an item, the safety check says so plainly and treats it as neither a warning nor an all-clear.
- 03
Models are labeled as models
Estimated drug levels are mathematical models, not measured blood levels, and they're presented that way everywhere they appear.
- 04
Coaching informs, never prescribes
The Health coach can explain your history and insights. It does not prescribe or change treatment.
Where AI helps
AI handles tedious data entry and explains your history. Treatment decisions stay with you and your clinician.
Label capture
Photograph a product label and AI extracts the name, ingredients, and serving details for you to check.
You confirm before it saves.
Health coach
Answers questions about your cabinet, schedule, and history.
Does not prescribe or change treatment.
What it won't do.
Not medical advice
Moodwell does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or mental-health conditions.
Sources, cited
Safety coverage cites its sources and lists what they don't cover.
Excluded from correlations
Medication and supplement records never feed cross-layer pattern detection.
