Wellbeing, all together.
Moodwell is the AI wellness app I founded and build solo. It brings workouts, food, medications, and mood into one connected place, so the things you track finally explain each other. Designed, engineered, and launched end to end.

You are more than one thing you track.
People who take their wellbeing seriously usually run it across five apps: a workout log, a food diary, a medication reminder, a calendar, and a journal. Each one tells part of the story. None of them can show how a short night shows up in your training, or how a hard week shows up in your mood.
Moodwell gives those records a shared home: four layers (Fitness, Nutrition, Health, and Mindfulness) on one plan, one timeline, and one dashboard, with an AI coach that answers from your own logged data.
I build it end to end: product, design, engineering, AI, content, and go-to-market. It's the same operating model I bring to enterprise work, applied to a product I own outright.

Four layers, one connected record.
Each layer has its own home in the app and its own color, and all four write to the same plan, timeline, and dashboard.

Six rules every feature had to pass.
Moodwell touches food, medication, and mental health, so trust is the product. These principles run through every layer.
Useful before impressive
Logging, plans, history, and progress all work without AI or credits. The everyday loop has to be fast before anything clever sits on top of it.
Clear about limits
Models, AI suggestions, and incomplete source coverage are labeled so you can judge them. An estimate always says it's an estimate.
Your choices stay visible
When a coach proposes a change to your plan, you review it before it saves. Nothing rewrites your record behind your back.
One connected record
Workouts, meals, doses, and check-ins share one plan and one timeline, so the dashboard can compare this 30 days against the 30 before it.
AI on demand, not by default
AI is a credit-metered tool you reach for: photo capture, routine drafts, reflections. Barcode, search, and manual entry never spend a credit.
Built to be found
184 pages, a markdown twin for each, and an llms.txt: the same AI discoverability playbook I run for enterprise sites.
Four layers, two systems.
Each deep dive covers what I built, the product decisions behind it, and exactly where AI is (and isn't) allowed in.
