At Venafi, I led a comprehensive digital transformation that elevated the company's online presence and improved its overall marketing strategy. My tenure as Head of Web involved a complete overhaul of Venafi's web infrastructure, transitioning from a legacy system to a modern Next.js and Vercel stack, improving site performance and scalability.

Modernizing the Web Infrastructure

A major accomplishment was the complete overhaul of Venafi's web infrastructure. I led the migration from a legacy Drupal site to a modern Next.js React framework hosted on Vercel, combined with a headless Kontent.ai architecture. This modernization not only improved site performance and scalability but also positioned Venafi as a forward-thinking leader in the industry.
