I help enterprise teams modernize their digital engine so it drives brand, pipeline, and visibility. That includes platform strategy, AI-enabled marketing operations, discoverability across search and AI answers, and conversion-focused journeys. I stay close to execution so the strategy turns into shipped outcomes.

I’m a strong fit when a leader owns growth and needs digital to perform, but the system is fragmented or moving too slowly. That usually means CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Digital, and RevOps leaders who want clearer operating rhythm across teams. It’s also a good fit when you are in the middle of a platform change, reorg, or acquisition and need steady leadership.

In the first 30 days we stabilize the foundations, align on priorities, and ship quick wins that remove friction. By 60 days we have a repeatable operating cadence, clear ownership, and a pipeline of improvements that keeps shipping. By 90 days the system is working as a machine with measurable lift, clean governance, and a roadmap the team can carry forward.

It means the platform is fast, reliable, and easy to operate under real-world pressure. It ships changes without breaking analytics, SEO, or critical conversion paths. It also has clear standards for performance, accessibility, security, and content quality so scale does not create chaos.

Governance should be a guardrail, not a committee. I set lightweight standards, clear QA gates, and a release process that protects quality while keeping flow. When the rules are crisp and the tooling supports them, teams move faster because they stop re-litigating basics.

I use GenAI inside defined workflows with clear inputs, templates, and review steps. The goal is consistent outputs, not creative randomness. Claims, customer references, and regulated language go through a human review gate, and we keep an audit trail so the process is defensible.

SEO is about ranking in search results. AEO and AIO focus on being the source that AI systems use when they answer questions, summarize options, or recommend solutions. You still need strong technical SEO, but you also need structured content, clear entities, and proof that can be extracted and cited.

I build content that is easy to trust and easy to parse. That means clear definitions, strong internal linking, structured data where it applies, and evidence like examples, steps, and measurable claims. I also make sure the site is technically healthy so crawlers and systems can access and understand it reliably.

I start with the highest-value journeys where small changes can remove major friction. Then I pick tests that are simple to interpret and tied to one primary metric, like conversion rate or form completion. Measurement is planned before the test runs, including events, segments, and what decision we will make based on the result.

I treat it like a production cutover with phases, owners, and a rollback plan. We inventory critical pages and journeys, map redirects and content changes carefully, and run QA like a launch checklist. After launch, we monitor rankings, traffic, errors, and conversions daily until the system is stable.
